SD card transfer

Solution
If the files are already on the card, and just in case the card has been encrypted by the device, your best bet is going to be connect the phone with the old SD card in it to a computer via USB cord. Next move all the files you want from the older card over to an empty folder on the computer. Once the card is cleared off, disconnect the phone from the computer, turn off the phone and remove the old SD card. Insert the new card, and start the phone. Then connect the phone again to the computer via USB cord and copy all the files over to the new SD card. Note I say copy back as to leave a copy on the computer, just in case of deletion on the phone, lost phone, etc.

NOTE: This will not work with apps. Apps would have to be uninstalled...
