search bar pop up whenever i want to search using google chrome

as the title stated, whenever i want to search using google.com, an unknown search bar pop up out of nowhere. it move the text im typing at the google search bar to itself. and it look just like google' chrome address bar but with search icon. when i try to search using it, the address i see first is play-bar.net and then it redirect to yahoo.com for the search result. i tried many anti malware software but nothing detect it. even windows defender couldnt detect it. i hope i explain good enough. ty for helping. click here to see picture of the problem.
