semsung s2 touch troubleshooting

updated my s2g to official jb (4.1.2) with odin.I download it from sammobile.i am currently installed Germany version.After JB installed Touch screen sensitivity is decreased that I can't drag or scroll icons&shortcuts.BUT THIS PROBLEM DISSAPPEARS WHEN PUT INTO CHARGING.When the phone is connected to charger i check lcd test by dialing *#0*# now touch screen works perfectly. Disconnect from charger now dialing *#0*# touch screen not woks perfectly
