Sennheiser DAC/Headset combined??!

What' up guys ..I want to improve the gaming sound experience, so I intend to buy combo Sennheiser Game One Headset and Sennheiser DAC GSX 1000. So, question is whether these two combined have truly great or not necessary?!!

Personally I think since it comes from Sennheiser, it shouldn't disappoint, though you should try the headphones with your current audio solution and see if the sound is leaving you wanting more.
