Separate headphones and speakers from being one output source

I want to be able to leave both plugged in. (Speakers in rear and headphones in front)

However, they both are combined to one output source in the playback settings so I am unable to switch from windows.

The speakers will play when the headphones arent plugged in, but it auto switches to the headphones when plugged in.

I have the ASUS Realtek Audio Software and I don't have playback settings in my settings. I just have notification, connection, and recording settings. Some people say there is an option in the playback settings, but I don't have them.

How can I separate them so I can switch between them without unplugging?
