So the tv model is UN32J4500AFXZASKU and I'm helping a friend set it up but we found out it doesn't have a digital out port nor a headphone jack to connect through. We gave up on getting the soundbar to work so now we are using some Logitech computers speakers but the problem is how to get the sound to come through them.

How are you connecting the speakers to the TV if there is no headphone or digital output on the TV?

According to the TV specs from Samsung:

Digital Audio Out (Optical)
1

So what is the issue with using that with the soundbar?

yeah i asked them but they said it didnt have one on it anywhere but basically trying to connect sound through the red and white audio cables.

It may not have analog audio outputs either. RCA jacks are used for inputs and outputs and they are not interchangeable.
Check the labels. A headphone out would work.

Did you actually look in the back and sides to see what connections it has? I don't know of any modern TV that does not have some form of audio output. I guess one of those stripped down models they make for black friday may have limited connections, but even that would be unusual to see.
