My mobile phone is from Bell. I got it in the beginning of this year (2013). Ever since the last couple of weeks, it started acting strangely : sms'ing has become painfully slow that it takes somewhat 5-10 seconds to text/send (failed once); apps slows down and some even crash.
The Android version : 4.0.4
Build number : IMM76D.GLH2
I'm considering to do a factory reset, but I don't want to delete all of my important information/data, especially sms and saves from games and bought apps. Or is there another way around to work this thing out WITHOUT having to reset the mobile phone to its original position?
