Hi! Can someone please explain me why get really low fps while I stream? And yes I want to stream in 1080 pixels. These are my specs

Streaming puts on a very heavy load on your CPU when streaming, more than you think. That's why you commonly see streamers with an extra streaming PC. You can try lower some settings on OBS/Xsplit and your game to increase performance.

I have never streamed myself so I'm no expert with ShadowPlay or OBS. Your system seems to be fine for streaming, maybe something wrong within the software you're using.

Sorry for late reply, but people get another PC, set a capture card on to your main PC's monitor and let the streaming PC do all the work.
