I recently had an unsolicited download repeatedly triggered when inputting my security details on my online banking account. I didn't open the .bin file and was told by my bank that it was a virus on my system that caused this.

I have checked my system with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender and can find no virus threats. The address/details of the download are below and appear to be a sequence of banking destinations.

Can someone tell me if this is a virus or some innocuous marketing file?

The details are;
