My tv won't turn on. Light turns from red to green but no tv. What's wrong?

I'am recently going thru this issue. I just bought a power supply board to see if that will fix the problem. I have done enough research where to it points out, that supply board is the problem. It cost me $85 now lets see if it works. I will recieve it on Thursday.
