SHARP AQUOS some movies doesn't have sounds

i was just wondering why some of the movies that I play on my SHARP AQUOS TV doesn't have sounds in it. but when I tried to play it on my laptop or pc, it does have sounds. please help me

Perhaps that TV doesn't support audio codec used in those movies. See if you can update TV firmware (I see there's YouTube video about that).

EDIT: according to the online manual PDF (page 41), this TV has very limited audio codec support. Lots of movies found on the internet (and torrents) use audio codecs such as OGG Vorbis, that's why you have no sound in those movies on your smart TV.
