Solved! shift key not working

so today i was playing payday 2 on steam, and the default keybind for running is shift. so i usually hold down shift 24/7 while playing, and after i finished the round the key wouldnt work. it persists until now.

processor; intel[r] core[tm] i7-7700hq cpu [at symbol] 2.80 ghz 2.81 ghz

system type; 64 bit

installed ram; 12gb

also this issue only presists on my left shift key, i can use the right shift but it is very uncomfortable

if the USB keyboard is working fine, your left shift key is broken
try cleaning it by removing the key

tried usb keyboard and it worked, but, how do i clean my keys/? with something like a toothpick and clean all the dust out?

problem is worse...i followed the tutorial and gently pulled it out and the key broke

sorry for that,
probably the keyboard was faulty nontheless. Get a new one and replace the old one

no problem its not your fault, i have many keyboards so dont worry just didnt wanna change the original keyboard because it felt nice
