Shocking earphones! (Like actually legit shocking me)

Help, my earphone is shocking me only on my pc, it works great on my laptop and phone. I have an old HP Case with its PSU and modified inside.
I have a KZ ED9 Earphones which has metal housing. It shocks me both from the front I/o and motherboards I/o

Please help me this is bugging me for the past few weeks

Your PSU is probably floating for some reason, make sure you are using a grounded plug (three prong) to avoid issues. Also, no nylon on wool
