Should I mount my sound bar on top or bottom?

So my TV is actually pretty high up - https://i.imgur.com/uo0kakR.jpg

I heard that mounting on top is generally better but what if the TV is already pretty high? Should I do it anyways? I almost assume so since my TV is tilted towards the downwards direction(though the bottom of the TV is still at ear level) but I'd like to hear from you guys first before taking the next step. Thanks!

Solution
in your case it sounds like under is better as setting the speaker for ear level when you are sitting makes sense.
the speaker sound bar is somewhat directional so if it fires over your head you may lose some high end.
try it either way and choose what sounds best to you while actually (sitting?) watching tv
Either is usually acceptable. You are trying to localize the center channel with the video so that the voices are spatially consistent with the picture.

agreed, speakers are generally better at ear level. while soundbars can be mounted above.. in your case i would only mount it below.

why do you have it so high up anyways? that looks like a real neck-ache waiting to happen.
