Should i plugged in Lenovo U41-70 ultrabook all time in conservation mode?

i just bought lenovo ultrabook and there is feature "conservation mode" which keep battery 55-60% and due to excessive downloading i need to plugged in all the time. is it effect battery life of my ultrabook if i keep plugged in on conservation mode.

(i can't remove the battery)

I think so. It prevents constant (high) charge which is said to damage battery life. Best thing to do if you can't remove the battery itself.

I found the feature in my Yoga 2 11 and which I knew about ti earlier (bought a refurb that came with nothing).
