Question Should I upgrade or buy new laptop?

Hi everyone, I have laptop i5 4210U, 4gb ram, 1tb hdd, and nvidia 820m. I'll be working with Android Studio, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I'm thinking of adding Crucial 4GB Single DDR3L 1600 MT/s (PC3L-12800) CL11 SODIMM and upgrading the hard drive to Crucial BX500 3D NAND SATA 2.5-inch SSD. or should I rather buy a new laptop? my laptop right now is the ASUS X455LD with the specs above

I think an upgrade will work for you. Adding SSD will speed up your system.
