Sign In due to Unauthorized Factory Reset

OK, I purchased a new phone and was giving my old Android phone to my granddaughter and I did a factory rest on the old phone and now trying to set it up for her. it will not open the browser to log in to my wifi due to unauthorized factory reset....any solutions ????
