I have straight talk galaxy j 3 Luna pro. I bought freedom pop simply cards. Can I use it on this phone

Try it ... if the phone is locked to Straight talk then it simply will not work as it is on a locked plan.

If memory serves, StraightTalk is CDMA while FreedomPop is GSM. Which, if that is the case, it won't work.
