Single Display Performance mode gone?

Running a win10, 1070 zotec amp'd extreme card. updated my graphics driver last week and the selection (in nvidia control panel) to select single display performance mode or multiple display performance mode .. vanished.. its' not there.. was a driver update today.. still gone. is this a stealth change or exclusive only to me (problem?)

Update: 2 drivers later.. Nvidia stealth dropped the 'optimization' .. 1070 zotec amp'd extreme card. Is this optimization auto/obsolete or was the driver stealth nerf'd for some reason?
