Sirius radio power supply

Hello,
hi i lost my power supply for my sirius radio i know its 12volt dc but it does plug into an wall socket i went to radio shack they told me i need to know how many amps they did not know do any one know out there?

I think it would be fine if you got a 1 amp supply. It is probably less than that. Bring it with you to the store and ask if you can try it. If there is a TV repair shop in your area go there and they can certainly check the current draw on a bench power supply that has a current meter.
