Skype on Chromebooks

Is there a way I could download skype to an external server, and then run it on a chromebook? Thanks!

You can use chat thru http://outlook.com. It seems there's no way (for now) for voice/video calls
Or dual-boot with Chrubuntu, and install Skype there as native Linux app
