About damn time. Hopefully the Linux version isn't far behind. It would be nice if three or less user AV conferencing was free. It would save me from having to set up an Asterisk server. The Flash-based solutions like TokBox and Stikam are slow and unreliable.

I love Skype. 2.99/month and I call any phone in NA. I use it for voice conferencing all the time and I find its desktop sharing feature very practical for presentations.

The only reason I have Yahoo messenger installed is because of multi-party video conferencing. If Skype has this I guess it's bye-bye Yahoo Messenger for me.

For online video conferencing, I believe we call that 'tinychat.com'.
:)

I want to see Skype go further, because $85/month for data, and then another $60/month for texting/calls is ridiculous...

Really, iChat has had this function for years FOR FREE, why would I pay for group conferencing? I know this idea is great, but I'd rather do it for free since other carriers do it for free.

can't judge it fairly without trying it first... same feature doesn't mean same implementation or same quality.
