Sleep mode problem

my laptop when wake up from sleep mode it open with very low illumination till I shut it down and reopen, what could be the problem ??

Probably corrupted Hiberfil.sys file... it happens when Hibernation has been working every night for a while... to fix it: Disable Hibernation, wait a minute or two and enable it again... the hiberfil file will be deleted and rebuilt fresh. OR simply keep shutting the computer down occasionally, does the same thing (deletes information stored in Hiberfil.sys).
