Slow down mouse

I have laptop with abuilt in cursor. I connected a Logitech Click Optical Mouse but I'm havig difficultly controlling it. I was told there's a way to slow it down but Idon't know how to do it. Please advise on how Ican. Thanks

Go to Control Panel and click on "Mouse", or "Printers and other Hardware" then click on the mouse settings and u can change the speed.
