Slow performance of AMD Processor.

Hello, My laptop is of AMD quad core Processor where the performance is too slow for huge applications like database. can i change to intel processor in the same laptop, if so, how??

You cannot change your cpu to an Intel, but upgrading your hard drive to a ssd would make your laptop much quicker in most tasks.
