Question Smart Band Reminder Notes

Looking for a reasonably cheap Smart/Fitness Band but seeking some specific feature as below:-
Need to send some simple notes/reminder to smart band.
Dont mind if calendar, notes tool, or email send BUT NEED notes to stay on smart band even when away (not paired) to phone.
Might be a best of the cheaper devices to achieve this?

Martian Watches Notifier smartwatch. This is cheap and you can send reminders, messages, notes.
