Smudge inside EVF, help please!

I have a pink smudge on the left side of EVF. I was in wet weather yesterday so maybe something short circuited if that's the right term. Any advice appreciated. Attaching photo, this is a photo I found online but it looks the same as the one on my camera. I have a Panasonic Lumix LX100. Thank you.

Not fixable. Display panel replacement is required in this case.
