Hello, I need some help with this virus i recently downloaded.

I was downloading a software and a virus came up on my screen.

Recently I have been getting random tabs opened on my screen, i can exit out fine but it gets annoying. Im getting a lot of ads but i have adblocker.

Help?

Can I do it manually?

run a malwarebites scan(which always seems to work for me) .. or else track that thing down manually in your programme files.. and delete.. if its says the process is in use.. open task manager.. find the file with that name.. stop it .. and now delete the file.. now u must be good to go...
