so when i first got my computer i accidental disabled my sound and now i need headphone or speakers to hear it. how do i undo

so when i first got my computer i was playing around and accidentally deleted my sound and now when i clicked it there's a red x by it and and it says "detecting problem playing sound" and it says i need headphones or speakers. i tried going to settings to try and fix it but, it wont let me click start up and the only options are disable. Can someone please help me 🙁 (i have a dell's windows 10 computer by the way)

which dell model is it?

go to the dell support homepage and download/install the driver for your sound device
select the default playback device in windows audio manager which should be "speakers"
