Software crashed

Hello,
guys i was upgrading my xperia neo v last nite.. but during the process my pc get restatrted.. and from then my phone isnt working.. wheneva i turned it on it only shows me sony logo 🙁 my phone was running android and now i hav no idea what to do wid ma phone 🙁 plzzzzzzzzzzz help mee

calm down!
secondly is it under warranty?
if yes go to a service center if no try this by pressing volume up+power +centre button , this will open the recovery menu , go to factory reset (clear phone memory and dalvik cache) and reboot .
although be warned this will wipe your phone memory (contacts, messages, apps).
