I have a intel webcam that was bought for me as a gift. Unfortunately, the software that came with it only runs in Windows 98 or Millennium. I would like to use this webcam in Windows 2000 but the software won't work. There is a driver for Windows 2000 and the camera works great in netmeeting. Can anyone tell me if there is a substitute software for webcams that may work in Windows 2000. The camera uses the intel create and share sofware in Win 98 or Me.

Have you tried to run the software that came with it on 2000? My friend runs 2000 and lots of stuff for 98/me works on 2000. I'm sure drivers are another story but you said drivers were available. I really don't know what I'm talking about but I would try it and see if it works.
