Software to make a streaming PC

Hello,
I have a Windows XP machine that i would like to use for streaming videos like a Roku. Is there any free software that acts similar to these things? (Video search, one click access, ect)

It's not a software, but a website that tells you if you can stream a given TV show/movie, then offers direct links to those services and the page the content exists on. It also has some other cool features, like links to IMBD, notifications for when a specific content becomes available for whichever service, etc.

If you have a PS3 or an XBOX, you're half way there. Use a program like PS3 Media server or tversity to stream your music and video.
