My apologies. I had got a call about this problem, and I understand Tom's Hardware forum doesn't provide any guide to bypass password protection. I will inquire more information to the owner to why they are in this predicament.

Also, WR2, how did you get your "Joined" date to equal the Unix Epoch? (Zero Unix time)

There was a system overhaul awhile back and everyone registered b4 that got 01/01/1970 as sign up date.
