Solved! Solved - HipStreet Pilot tablet - factory reset not working

First post so hi to all.

I have an old Hipstreet Pilot tablet I want to factory reset before I get rid of it.

I cannot remember the access code as it is so long since I used it.

I understand the manual reset is Power + Vol Up for 10 seconds then follow the reset process.

When I try this it just cycles into a regular boot no matter how long I hold it.

Any help would be appreciated in getting me to the reset process.

Sorted - I had to hold for much longer than 10 seconds
