some key board keys on my laptop not working.pls help

i re install all driver and windows7 as well but still some keys nt working.i used the tdskiller as well but no improvement.now i am typing via onscreen key board.i already had kaspersky anti viruspls help
1.not working keys :-8,o,r,1.2,3,u and 0
2.model no :-np300e5a-a01dx
3.brand - samsng
4.operating system - windows 7

I would guess your kb is broken, did you spill anything over it? I had a problem like this once i spilled beer over my laptop 😛

Well if it's still under warranty i would RMA it

i used the USB pen drive then it started

Maybe it's a short circuit or something, but it's certainly not good. As i said, i would RMA it
