some keyboard keys stop working sometimes

hi guys. i recently bought a lenovo y520 and it was perfect but after a few days some keys(e g h fn + - \) stopped working for nearly an hour and then began working with no problem. after that i face this problem sometimes (specially after turning the laptop on) and it's so confusing. i tried using an external keyboard and those certain keys worked with no problem. i think it's good to say that when i face this problem i try to press + and - simultaneously and then pressing e,g and h would write a white space , b and n!
trying to reinstall keyboard driver had no effect for me and my laptop battery is irreplaceable. can you please help me?

have u try a factory restore?if the issue still persist after the reset then its definitely the keyboard itself.if its still under warranty i suggest returning it and get it check.

im having exactly the same issue with the same keys, did reinstall the Keyboard Driver maybe this will fix it.
And it cant be the Keyboard itself, when its the same keys so i think its a Driver error
