Question Some keys dont register when pressing shift

Its almost impossible to play games because of this.
(Laptop's own keyboard)
External keyboard works fine.

which laptop is it? might be a faulty keyboard

BIOS of the laptop is up to date?
All drivers are up to date and installed from the manufacturer´s support homepage?
