Some keys not working after W10 update (ASUS X550CA)

after some time on windows 10, the numpad 0, 1, enter, slash and multiply and the down arrow have stopped working, no matter what i do, nothing works. PS: sorry for bad english.
 
Solution
You may be having problems with the keyboard driver. That can happen after an update.

Try uninstalling the keyboard driver, then reboot the computer. Yes, I do mean reboot before installing a new driver. Why? Well, because when the computer restarts it should automatically download the driver you need.

See if that resolves the problem.
