Some of my contacts on my iPhone are not in my contact list but I can find them under search. How do I get them all back to c

Some of my contacts can only be brought up under a search under contacts. How can I get them all back in the contacts. When I search for them under contacts search the come up with DM instead of under C for contacts. Help!!

Most Android systems offer groups of contacts and you may only be seeing one group. Maybe iPhone has a similar way of showing only some of them. Go into Contacts then see if there are Groups and you might see an option to display all of the contacts in one list
