some of my laptop keys keep stop working HELP

Why does some of my laptop keys stop working at random times its always a c f x n and other keys please HELP I am using a on screen keyboard to type this its very annoying and I don't know why these keys don't work

Hi,

There are few things you can check when it comes with keyboard issue with laptops.
1. Keyboard settings
- Make sure that the Keyboard language or Region are all set to United States.
2. Driver issue
- You can uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver
- Go to Device Manager right click on the keyboard driver and select Uninstall.
- Reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically after the restart.
3. Hardware Failure
- If the keyboard is working thru the Onscreen keyboard or using an external that's a hardware failure and replacement is needed to fix the issue.
