G GDo Estimable Jul 9, 2015 2 0 4,510 Jul 9, 2015 #1 Have a 40" lcd TV that dies after 20 mins or so. Has got worse over time. Now 16 months old. Works fine then screen goes fuzzy, green and yellow checker? Can replace boards but which one is more likely to be the culprit?

Solution Reynod Jul 10, 2015 Try blowing all of the dust out of the back of it for starters, and make sure the vents are all clear, so it doesn't overheat.
