Sony has available for Windows and Mac an application (Sony Channel Editor v. 1.1.0 MacOS) allowing the export to a USB key and edit on a computer of the list of TV channels saved by a satellite scan on a Bravia TV (model Sony-kd 49XF8505
). The Mac application launches correctly and just requires a file list (in "sdb.xml" format). The edited list is then imported back to the TV. The USB key can be formatted Fat32, (or NTFS). Following strictly the SONY web page instructions, I have been unable to save the file list, what ever the USB key format. The worst part is the Sony Customer support has been TOTALLY unable over a month to offer a solution, and refuses to pass the issue up to a higher, more expert level. Greatest appreciation for any help on this problem.
