Sony BluRay Sound

I have a Sony BluRay model BDP-BX350 connected to my Sharp Aquos LC-52D64U TV. I get sound form my BluRay to the TV just fine. My Sharp TV is connected to a Vizio S4251 w-B4 with an Optical cable. I also have my Verizon cable box connected to the Sharp TV with an HDMI cable. I get sound perfectly from my cable box through the TV to the Vizio Sound Bar. However I cannot get sound from the Sony BluRay player to the Vizio Sound Bar even though its connected exactly the same way as the cable box. Does anyone know how to get sound from my Sony BluRay player thorough my TV to my Vizio Sound Bar?

You need to put your soundbar "before" the TV (feeding audio sources directly to him), not "after".
For "Why BluRay audio does not get out of TV" one has to "thank" the music industry and their DRMs.
