It would be nice to see major companies join forces to make a great smart TV. Sony could contribute its console/TV/media resources, Samsung its OLED displays, and Google its network infrastructure (so we can get 4K content) and OS tech. Then all you need is a deal with Viacom and you have the makings for an all-in-one entertainment system

Too bad that will never happen....
