Good luck with that, Sony. I dont know of anyone you could hire that could help stop the onslaught that you've brought upon yourselves.

3 millions new customers since the attack? Hmmm, I wonder how many people created totally new accounts and deleted their old one(s) to avoid security risks?

Sony's just asking for it. Seriously, that's about as overkill as it gets. Securing a network and encrypting passwords isn't rocket science.

I see sony only doing this to help their reputation after that hacking incident that they had some time ago. Whether or not this helps their reputation out,it's going to cost them more money to pay him his salary.

Did anyone at Sony think how a long term US Govt employee is going to actually fit into Sony's Japanese culture ? Did anyone mention to the new American Sr. VP that Japanese culture abhors foreign bulls trampling around in China shops.

This is only a sought of advertising thing to make their company look better after the hacking incident that was well reported around the world.

Those incompetent fools can't even keep the illegal traffic from coming in through our physical borders, how are they gonna stop the traffic coming in through the virtual borders? Good luck with that Sony.

Personally I'd say the impact of the term "Homeland Security official" is the effect Sony is looking for here. Though I'm not well versed in American politics even I know Homeland Security wasn't too effective anyway.
