Sony laptop not on only blink lights

Sir my sony laptop not on because i am using other laptop charger some time it work but laptop blink battery light red i m trying to on it with dead battery

If it is just blinking either the battery is dead and needs replacing. Some laptops won't run at all without the battery in it, but some will. You can try pulling the battery and running it on the charger cord only and see if it will work for that device. However you really need to be using a charger that is for that device. Not all devices are the same and using the wrong charger can fry your computer.
