my laptops model number is vgn-cr37gn i want graphic to be installed in this

Since there are no native windows 7 drivers, your only bet is to try the vista drivers. You can run most of the .exe with compatibility mode. Download the ati/intel drivers for your 32 or 64 bit windows 7, from the vista section.

Don't even bother emailing sony, I've been there done that. They will tell you to buy a new laptop.
