I have a Vaio PC with Windows 8 (i5-3210m, with Intel HD 4000 and radeon 7570/7670m). I had to format beacuse I had viruses, but in the recovery process I had an error (505:77) with the graphics driver, but the recovery finished. When I opened the device manager I found the intel graphics installed, but amd video card doesn't appear. In the BIOS my discrete graphics is turned on. Any solution?

The driver won't install if the device (ie the Radeon card) is broken & undetected. I suspect that's what has happened to yours - - it's broken.

If it wasn't broken and just needed a driver, it would be shown in Device Manager as an "unknown device" with a yellow question mark. So if it's not listed at all, it's broken.

Fix? - - new laptop.
