Sony Vaio Y running hot

It's only running an AMD E-350 but it idles at 66 C and tops at 85 C. I've reapplied thermal compound but the one I used was some cheap compound. I've also cleaned the heatsink really well. Are the Temps normal or is it bad for a netbook?

Those temps are a tad high. Especially for an idle temp. Have you considered fan replacement?
