Sony Vegas Pro 'Render As..' button not working.

I've downloaded Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 Trail version from their website as i want to start creating videos.

After editing a video and getting it how i wanted i click the 'Render As...' button and the window comes up but nothing but a blank white screen and with no options to do anything. Anyone know can i can solve this?

Haven't tried it, but many of the 'trial' versions of software lock out some of their key parts, others may let you render but will place a Logo or watermark on your video
